I have stayed in this hotel during recent trips.  The building is old, but it must have been renovated not too many years ago.  The rooms are comfortable but small.  Each is a little different.   The hotel's web site has pictures of many of them. I was upgraded to a junior suite, which has a small sitting area with a sofa and TV.  The rate includes breakfast in the lobby with great pastries from a local bakery.

There are many good restaurants within walking distance.
