I was in Napa and Sonooma Counties August 10-14, 2004, after a family visit in Oakland. My father and brother flew to Florida on the 10th, and I went with them to Oakland airport to pick up a rental car. I drove first to Yountville and had an elegant lunch of rabbit at Mustards Grill, which Lauren had recommended to me. I spent a hot afternoon shopping and driving around Napa. I found the store in St. Helena that carries Steve's and Lauren's handpainted Italian china and returned a few days later to buy them a housewarming present. .
